Tibet is an extraordinary place. It's really beautiful and consecrate.
西藏的首府拉萨海拔3700多米。
The altitude of the capital of Tibet Lasa is 3700 miles.
我和我姐姐去过西藏一次在2014年。
I have been there once with my sister in 2014.
尽管我姐姐深受高原反应的折磨，但是西藏的一切都是值得的。
Everything in Tibet is worthy although my sister was suffered from acute mountain sickness.
有一句关于西藏的俗语“这里是身体的地狱，眼睛的天堂”，我觉得也是心灵的天堂。
There is saying goes"Tibet is a hell for physical body, but a heaven for eyes".I also do believe this a such pure place for my soul.
这是一个佛教圣地，布达拉宫是个宏伟的建筑。
This is the holy land for Buddhism, Potala Palace is a magnificent architecture.
我强烈推荐大家有机会到西藏去看看，一定不会后悔的。
I strongly suggest everyone travel to Tibet if has chance , you will never regret about it.
